Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces Siete Leguas Blanco tequila
¾ ounce yellow Chartreuse
¾ ounce lemon juice
¼ ounce Del Maguey Vida mezcal
Muddled red bell pepper
1½ ounces Mexican Squirt grapefruit soda
Pierre Poivre spice and kosher salt blend (1:4)

METHOD:

Combine the tequila, chartreuse, lemon mezcal, bell pepper, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and fine strain into a Collins glass rimmed with the salt blend. Top with grapefruit soda.
