French Press Ethiopian Lekepipto

INGREDIENTS:

24 grams Lekepipto G4 coffee beans
375 grams 200°F filtered water

METHOD:

Grind coffee beans to a coarse consistency and add to a French press. Pour 200 grams of the hot water into French press, saturating all the ground coffee. Wait 45 seconds. Add remaining water and place cap on French Press; do not plunge. After 4 minutes, plunge gently. Pour one 12-ounce cup.
