Yield: 1 Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces Greenhook gin
1 ounces Aperol
½ ounces Cynar
¼ ounces Massican vermouth
1 orange peel

METHOD:

For the Cocktail
In the large cup of a Boston shaker, combine ingredients and ice. Using a bar spoon, stir the cocktail until well combined and taste for balance. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with orange peel.
