Ginned Tequila

Infused Tequilas
6 fifths of white tequila
¼ cup toasted juniper berries, smashed
Peel of 1 orange
Peel of 1 ruby red grapefruit
5 split lemongrass stalks
¼ cup coriander
¼ cup Herbes de Provence
Ginned Tequila
2 cup juniper tequila
1 cup lemongrass tequila
½ cup orange tequila
1 cup grapefruit tequila
¾ cup coriander tequila
1 cup Herbes de Provence tequila


For the Infused Tequilas:
In separate containers, combine a fifth of tequila with each dry ingredient. Seal containers and infuse 18 days.

For the Ginned Tequila:
Strain each infused tequila through a coffee filter into a large container. Stir to combine and refrigerate.
