Yield: 1 Cocktail
1 ounce Plymouth gin
1 ounce Dolin sweet vermouth (or Punt y Mas)
1 ounce Campari
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass add a large 2 x 2-inch ice cube. Stir for about 30 rotations to get the right the amount of water and chill the cocktail. Rim the glass with the orange peel. Drop peel into the drink and serve.
