Yield: 1 cocktail


1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
¾ ounce pineapple-infused Del Maguey mezcal
¼ ounce cane syrup
½ ounce fresh lime juice
12 ounces Negra Modelo beer
lime wedge


Combine salt, sugar, and cayenne pepper. Rim a Pilsner glass with the salt and sugar mixture. In a cocktail shaker combine the mezcal, cane syrup, lime juice, and ice. Shake and strain into the glass. Top with the beer, and garnish with the lime wedge.
