INGREDIENTS:

1 ounce Great King St. blended Scotch
0.75 ounce Bigallet China-China
3-4 ounces Fever Tree tonic water
lemon peel, for garnish
1 sprig thyme

METHOD:

To an ice-filled highball glass, add Scotch and China-China. Top with tonic water, jiggle lightly, and garnish with lemon peel and thyme. Serve with a drinking straw
