INGREDIENTS:

Cruzan Black Strap rum
1½ ounces Cynar
Just under ½ ounce Smith & Cross Jamaican rum
¾ ounce lemon juice
Just under ½ ounce Licor 43
Just under ½ ounce ginger syrup
Just under ¼ ounce Demerara sugar
1 egg white

METHOD:

Rinse Collins glass with Cruzan Black Strap Rum. In a cocktail shaker, combine Cynar, Smith and Cross, lemon juice, Licor 43, ginger syrup, Demerara syrup, and egg white. Dry shake to emulsify. Add ice and shake until chilled.Strain over 5 Kold Draft ice cubes into rinsed glass
