Yield: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces dry Amontillado Sherry
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Dash orange bitters
orange peel
METHOD:
In a cocktail glass filled with ice, combine all ingredients, stir until chilled, and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Add orange peel and serve.
