INGREDIENTS:

2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
2 ounces Blue gin
¾ ounce Jean-Luc Pasquet Pineau des Charentes
¼ ounce Suze gentian liqueur

METHOD:

Combine Peychaud's bitters, gin, Pineau des Charentes, and gentian liqueur in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube, and garnish with a lemon twist.
