Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1 small cucumber slice
½ ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce Tomr's Tonic
½ ounce sweetened ginger juice
¾ ounce Del Maguey mezcal Vidal
Negra Modelo beer

METHOD:

In a cocktail tin, combine cucumber, lime, tonic, ginger juice, and mezcal. Add 2 ice cubes and shake. Strain into a ice-filled Collins glass while pouring Negra Modeo to fill. Serve with a straw.
