INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces Jean-Luc Pasquet Pineau des Charentes
1½ ounces Saint James Amber Rhum Agricole
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
lemon peel

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail glass with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
