Yield: 1 cocktail
1 1/2 ounces Courvoisier Millennium cognac
1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce Ferrand dry curacao
1 dash Dale DeGroff’s pimento bitters
Freshly grated nutmeg
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Cognac, pineapple juice, curacao, and bitters. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange twist and dust with nutmeg.
