1½ ounce rhum agricole blanc
1 quarter-sized lime skin
1 bar spoon Petite Canne Martinique sugar cane syrup
1 hand-cut ice cube
In an 8-rocks glass, combine the rum, lime skin, lime juice, and syrup. Using the tip of the bar spoon, press the lime skin into the bottom of glass and stir to dissolve sugar and express the oils. Add a ice cube and stir again to chill and dilute.
