INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces El Dorado 3-year white rum, or Havana Club 3-year blanco rum
½ ounce Dolin Blanc vermouth
1 bar spoon curacao
1 bar spoon grenadine
2 dashes orange bitters
lemon twist

METHOD:

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the rum, vermouth, curacao, grenadine, and orange bitters. Stir and strain into a small, stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
