INGREDIENTS:

Yuzu Mix
3 ounces yuzu juice
3 ounces 1:1 simple syrup
1 tablespoon aji amarillo
To Assemble and Serve
4 ounces Del Maguey crema de mezcal
Hearty dash Mountain Elf agave bitters
12 ounces Cisco Brewers Sankaty Sankaty Light

METHOD:

For the Yuzu Mix:
In a bowl, combine yuzu, simple syrup, and aji amarillo; stir to thoroughly combine. Strain through a fine sieve.

To Assemble and Serve:
Combine mezcal, 6 ounces Yuzu Mix, and bitters; shake hard. Top with beer and pour into a chilled porron.
