Oloroso Float

INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop Dolcezza hazelnut gelato
2 ounces Dios Baco Elite Oloroso Sherry
One 100-milliliter bottle San Pellegrino Chinotto soda
Freshly grated nutmeg

METHOD:

To a rocks glass, add gelato and Sherry. Slowly pour in soda. Dust with nutmeg. Serve with a straw.
