Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces Nolet's gin
2 ounces rosemary-infused smoked pineapple juice
1 spicy baby dill pickle

METHOD:

In bottom of a cocktail shaker, combine gin and pineapple juice, top with ice, and stir untill chilled. Strain over rocks into Collins glass and garnish with spicy baby dill pickle.
