Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

2 sprigs fresh mint, plus more for garnish
2 ounces Johnny Drum Private Stock bourbon
½ ounce Cuarenta y Tres Licor 43
½ ounce Barenjager Honey Liqueur
1 ounce Vietnamese coffee
1 ounce cream

METHOD:

Lightly muddle the mint in the shaker. Add the bourbon, Liquor 43, honey liqueur, coffee, cream, and ice. Shake for 5 seconds and pour into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with tall sprigs of fresh mint.
