Blood and Stone: Highland Park 12-year Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Muddled Cara Cara Oranges, and Hum Botanical Spirit
Muddle the Cara Cara oranges in a rocks glass. Add the Scotch, the Hum Botanical, and the crushed ice. Shake the ingredients. Garnish with cured orange zest and a few drops of orange blossom water.
