INGREDIENTS:

½ Cara Cara orange
1 ½ ounce Highland Park 12-year Single Malt Scotch Whisky
½ ounce Hum Botanical spirit
Crushed ice
Cured orange zest
Orange blossom water

METHOD:

Muddle the Cara Cara oranges in a rocks glass. Add the Scotch, the Hum Botanical, and the crushed ice. Shake the ingredients. Garnish with cured orange zest and a few drops of orange blossom water.
