Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces Buffalo Trace bourbon
¾ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce ROOT liqueur
½ ounce honey syrup
1 egg white

METHOD:

In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, lemon, ROOT, honey syrup, and egg white. Dry shake to emulsify the egg white. Once foamy, add ice and continue to shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled glass.
