Yield: 1 Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1 ounce Old Raj gin
1 ounce Lustau Amontillado Sherry
½ ounce lime juice
1 teaspoon Demerara syrup
2 ounces ginger beer
Lime wedge

METHOD:

Combine the gin, sherry, lime juice, and Demerara syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with lime.
