Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces No. 209 gin
¾ ounce Dolin dry vermouth
¾ ounce Amaro di Angostura
2 dashes house chocolate bitters
1 barspoon honey
Orange peel

METHOD:

In a cocktail glass filled with ice, combine gin, vermouth, amaro, bitters, and honey. Stir until chilled and strain into a rocks glass filled with one large ice cube. Flame orange peel over top, express around rim of the glass, and discard.
