Yield: 1 Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

¾ ounce Rittenhouse rye
¾ ounce Cynar
¾ ounce Carpano Antica vermouth
2 dashes absinthe
2 dashes chicory-plantain bitters

METHOD:

Combine the rye, Cynar, vermouth, absinthe, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve with a small piece of bittersweet chocolate on the side.
