COOKBOOK: seasonal recipes that are signatures at A.O.C., Suzanne thoughtfully
explains her technique, the creative process and the flavor profiles behind each dish. In addition, Caroline Styne brings her approachable teaching style to the book presenting a specific wine pairing for each dish as well as explaining the thought process behind her choices. Published by Alfred A. Knopf, the book will be available to the public on October 29. 2013 and retails for $35. Advanced sales will be available at all Hungry Cat locations as well as A.O.C., Lucques and Tavern.
