New Ethan Stowell Restaurant Concepts at Safeco Field

 

SEATTLE, March 23, 2017 — This will be the seventh season that chef Ethan Stowell has teamed up with the Mariners, and Centerplate, the Mariners hospitality partner, to bring great local food and products to Safeco Field. Opening Day, Monday April 10, will bring four new concepts to The ‘Pen at Safeco Field, including two from Ethan Stowell Restaurants.

 

Located on the field level, The ‘Pen is the ballpark’s ever-popular area for eating, drinking, socializing, and catching all the on-field action. The first ESR concept is a stadium edition of Stowell’s popular Ballard Pizza Company that will offer pizza by the slice as well as Caesar salad.

 

Next up is Dynamite Chicken by Bramling Cross, another of Stowell’s Ballard Avenue restaurants. When Stowell opened Bramling Cross in 2015 he introduced his fried chicken—aka Dynamite chicken—and people went nuts. Baseball fans can look forward to enjoying hot wings, “Seattle Wings” (Taylor Shellfish fried oysters with Frank’s RedHot sauce), pickle fries, spicy tater tots, and some seriously good fried chicken!
