Chef Jason Paluska's Inspired Menu Celebrates the Santa Barbara Winter Season and the Ringing in of 2014 in the Funk Zone

WHAT: Chef Jason Paluska and the team at The Lark present the first New Year's Eve
celebration with a five course tasting menu. Beginning with a new Popcorn of Star Anise, Orange, Cinnamon and Black Pepper, guests will receive an Amuse Bouche of Spiced Warm Apple and Cashew Profiteroles followed by a selection of appetizers, main courses and desserts served family style for 2 or more. Pricing is $125 per guest with optional wine pairings by Brian McClintic MS and Sommelier Eric Railsback from Les Marchands Wine Bar & Merchant.
