Clement At The Peninsula New York Announces Color Room Winemaker Series
On January 31, 2014, Clement, the restaurant at The Peninsula New York, will host the first installment of its Color Room Winemaker Series. Guests will enjoy an insightful evening in Clement's elegant Color Room, featuring a six-course menu by Chef de Cuisine Brandon Kida and carefully curated wine parings from The Hess Collection Winery in Napa Valley, CA.
The Hess Collection Director of Winemaking, Mr. Dave Guffy, will personally be on hand to share his extensive knowledge and 15 years of experience at Hess, while leading participants through the tasting. A highlight of the evening will be the opportunity to indulge in the winery's most exclusive label, 'The Lion,' which has only been available to those who visit their winery in Napa.
Chef Kida and Clement's Director of Wine Jared Fischer have worked to craft an exquisite six-course pairing menu for the evening. Selections include:

Uni Risotto with White Truffle - Hess Collection 2011 Chardonnay, Napa Valle
