Artisan Presents Holiday Dining For Christmas Eve And New Year's Eve Celebrations

Chef Chris Kobayashi Designs Menus Along with Artisan Favorites for the Season's Gatherings with Friends and Family

WHAT: ARTISAN restaurant presents an elegant menu for both Christmas Eve and New Year's
Eve dinners to celebrate the best of the season in the Central Coast. Each dinner will offer a starter followed by a three course menu designed just for the holidays, including Dungeness Crab Risotto, Fritto Misto, Meyer Lemon; Rinconada Dairy Christmas Hog, House Cured Ham, Bbq'd Rib, Fennel Seed Roasted Loin, Fried Cabbage, White Beans, Cottage Potatoes; and a Chocolate Yule Log with Marshmallow Cr�me, Pomegranate, Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.

In addition, ARTISAN will offer an optional wine pairing to complement the menu for a supplemental charge. Pricing for both Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve Dinners are $69 per guest plus beverages, taxes and gratuities.

The complete ARTISAN menu will be available for both evenings with � la carte pricing.
