1 cucumber disc
¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
½ ounce agave nectar
½ ounce yellow Chartreuse
1¾ ounces rosemary-infused mezcal
Rim a serving glass with the salt and set aside. Muddle the cucumber disc in a mixing glass. Add the lime juice, agave nectar, chartreuse, mezcal, and ice and shake. Strain the cocktail into the rimmed serving glass.
