2014 Eat@ICC Lunch & Demos

The Chef Products Fair at ICC 2014 is a curated showcase of 30 of the most highly regarded purveyors in the industry with products ranging from plateware, ovens, and knives to beer, cheeses, and chocolate. Not your typical trade show, each day from 11am to 2pm, the Brooklyn Expo Center will come alive with activity: you can make custom pasta blends, eat a traditional Japanese tea-house meal, get down with some of the country's best barbecue, visit bakeshops from around the country, and eat oysters to your heart's content. In addition to the products showcase, each day (and on Monday night) five chefs will serve lunch from EAT@ICC food carts, representing 20 chefs from L.A. to Atlanta. Come hungry.
