Donate to C-CAP (Careers through Culinary Arts Program)

Careers through Culinary Arts Program is a nonprofit that works to advance the youth of America's public schools through one of the few merit-based fields in the country: the restaurant industry. Through education, teacher training, scholarships, kitchen internships, college advising, and on-the-job training, C-CAP has become a national force in bettering lives and building a skilled, passionate culinary workforce.

Founded in New York City by renowned Cookbook Author and Culinary Instructor, Richard Grausman, C-CAP has expanded nationally with posts in Los Angeles, Virginia, Philadelphia, and Maryland. Two decades after its start, C-CAP reaches 18,000 students per year, through more than 165 high schools and 220 teachers.

C-CAP is now the official charity partner of the 7th Annual StarChefs.com International Chefs Congress, and StarChefs.com will donate proceeds from Eat@ICC Pop-ups to C-CAP.
