The International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York is the one of the few trade shows in New York devoted to serving the restaurant and foodservice industry. A must-attend for chefs, the event will be held March 3 to 5 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center and features dozens of new products, services, and equipment from more than 500 leading vendors as well as educational programs.

    Paris Gourmet presents the 24th Annual U.S. Pastry Competition on Sunday, March 3, 2013, where pastry chefs will compete for the coveted title, Pastry Chef of the Year. The theme for this year's event is "Women."

    Tour a tasting adventure of more than 75 new products, flavors, and ingredients driving the most recent trends in the market.
