INGREDIENTS:
Barbecue Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup thinly sliced red onion
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup Jägermeister
One 32-ounce bottle ketchup
½ cup molasses
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup cider vinegar
⅓ cup coffee
1 teaspoon coffee grounds
1 chipotle chile, plus 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
salt
smoked black pepper

Rib Rub
½ cup black pepper
½ cup onion powder
½ cup ancho chili powder
½ cup smoked sweet paprika
1 cup sriracha

Ribs
4 racks baby back ribs
2 oranges, thinly sliced
1 bunch mint, picked
4 cups barbecue sauce
1 cup orange juice
1 cup Jägermeister
2 red onions,thinly sliced
2 to 4 cups black cherry cola
