The Perfect Cup of Coffee

Yield: 1 dozen 10-ounce diner mugs of coffee

INGREDIENTS:

240 grams Finca Kilamangaro coffee beans, lightly roaster after 4 to 7 days of fermenting
4 kilograms water

METHOD:

  1. Grind coffee beans to 700 to 800 microns (average particle size).
  2. Set Fetco brewing system with Luxus urn to 15 percent prewet, 1 minute prewet delay, and 3 minute brew time.
  3. Set water temperature at 200°F.
  4. Brew coffee.
  5. Serve within 10 minutes of brewing.


Note: This will be a very, very good cup of coffee!
