Bartender Zachary Connor de Git honed his skills at some of Australia’s most well regarded watering holes, including Melbourne’s Black Pearl and Gingerboy, where he was nominated by Australian Bartender Magazine as “Bartender of the Year.” Now at Chef Ryan Clift’s Tippling Club in Singapore, Connor de Git leads a bar team that builds drinks to pair with Clift’s dizzying, 30-course tasting menus.
