Mixologist Tristan Willey - Biography
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Tristan Willey has been working in fine dining since he was 19 years old. But he found his passion for making and serving spirits and cocktails after moving to New York City in 2010. Willey has spent the last two years distilling bourbon and moonshine at Kings County Distillery, bartending at Amor y Amargo, and working as Bar Manager at Booker and Dax. When not at Momofuku Ssäm Bar, Willey can be found running through Brooklyn, or drinking bourbon straight out of the barrel.
