Chef Seth Raynor of Corazon del Mar - Biography
Executive Chef Seth Raynor, a graduate of New England Culinary Institute, grew up on the Great South Bay of Long Island, New York. In 1992 he launched his first venture, The Boarding House, in partnership with his wife Angela Raynor, also a graduate of NECI. Six years later, they opened The Pearl. His signature dish here – Salt & Pepper; Pepper Wok Fried Lobster won a World's Best Award from Travel & Leisure. In 2009, Corazon del Mar was added to their growing Nantucket culinary empire. At Corazon del Mar, modern and traditional Mexican intermingles on the menu and in the atmosphere, quickly transporting guests south of the border.
