Samuel Bradner of The Peregrine Group - Biography
A graduate of the University of Rhode Island and the University of Maryland, Sam Bradner has accumulated more than 15 years of land-use planning, development, and policy experience in both the public and private sectors. Before joining the Peregrine Group, Bradner was a development director with Struever Bros., Eccles, and Rouse, where he was responsible for development management of the American Locomotive Works project in Providence, Rhode Island. In that capacity, Bradner managed and negotiated the commercial development process, including design, acquisition, and scheduling.
Bradner continued his work with the ALW project in the Peregrine Group, which he joined as a partner in 2009. Peregrine continues delivery of the 70,000 square foot corporate headquarters for United Natural Foods. As partner, Bradner manages the financing, design, and construction phases of real estate project management, including coordinating design and submission processes to achieve USGBC LEED certification.
The Peregrine team also continues to provide ongoing real estate advisory services for the Morimoto brand, including site selection, financing, capital analysis, and overall project feasibility. To that end, Bradner is currently acting as owner’s representative of Morimoto’s latest restaurant projects in both Napa, California, and Mexico City, slated to open this fall.
