Chef Rodrigo Pacheco’s cuisine is Ecuadorian by way of France. Pacheco is a member of the French Culinary Academy and graduated from the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. He has worked at Francophile, Michelin-starred restaurants such as Alain Chapel in Mionnay, La Palme d’Or in Cannes, Pierre Gagnaire’s Sketch in London, and Michel Bras in Laguiole. As executive chef and founder of Cuisine Standard, Pacheco represents the Ducasse Group and Georges Pralus in many South American countries, providing education, certification, product distribution, and consulting services. He also is the executive chef and owner of Casa del Abuelo Art Hotel and Restaurant in Banos City, Ecuador.
