Chef Renee Erickson of Boat Street Cafe - Biography
Renee Erickson graduated from the University of Washington and learned to cook at the then fledgling Boat Street Café. After spending time in Europe, she took over Boat Street Café. She currently lives in Ballard and is now the Chef-owner of the Boat Street Café, and Boat Street Pickles. Chef Erickson also recently opened Ballard oyster bar The Walrus and the Carpenter together with Jeremy Price and Chad Dale.
