Chef Paul Turano received his degree in culinary arts from Newbury College in 1995, and currently resides in the Greater Boston area with his wife and two children. The chef of Arlington, Massachusetts-based Tryst, which opened in 2004, describes his cooking style as “accessible” and “unpretentious.” The casual menu at Tryst has earned Turano accolades including glowing reviews from The Boston Globe and the Boston Herald, and "Best New Restaurant" from Boston magazine.
