Chef Paul Hood of Pollen Street Social - Biography
Chef Paul Hood forged his culinary career in 2000, working for Ben O'Dononghue and Jamie Oliver at Montes Private Member's Club in Knightsbridge, London, followed by a further two years at The Glasshouse restaurant. In 2004, he left London to work at Thackeray's in Tunbridge Wells.
Hood is now Jonathan Atherton’s right hand man in the kitchen at London’s Pollen Street Social, having worked with him over the last few years, previously as sous chef, and then senior sous chef at Maze. Hood shares Atherton's passion and drive to succeed and together they created a formidable team of young, talented chefs.
