Natalie Maronski began her culinary career at Papa John’s, then attended Drexel University’s culinary program to take her skills up a few notches. A quick summer working at New York fine-dining destination Picholine in 2004 helped her springboard into catering and then Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, where she worked until 2007. She then climbed through the Jose Garces restaurant machine, first at Amada, then at Tinto, and finally, in 2009, to Chifa, which focuses on Cantonese-Peruvian fare.
