Chef Mauro Rossi - Biography
A Milan native, Mauro Rossi has traversed the globe and explored the world of food in more ways than one. Not only is he a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, but he also holds a Masters degree in Anthropology with a concentration in food and culture.
Rossi has been the chef for Michel Richard’s Citrus both in Los Angeles and Tokyo, the executive chef at Café Pinot and Pinot Hollywood, owned restaurants in New Zealand, and has been a chef instructor and department chair at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. Currently, Rossi is the Chef Director at the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Hollywood.
