Chef Martial Noguier of Bistronomic has passed through some of Chicago’s top kitchens. Before he came to his current post as Chef-Owner of the recently opened, modern French Bistronomic, Noguier earned three and a half stars from the Chicago Sun Times at One Sixtyblue and earned heaps of accolades as Executive Chef at Café des Architectes. And before he hit Chi-town, this Paris-born chef was working in some other impressive kitchens, perhaps most notably as Michel Richard’s Executive Chef at iconic DC restaurant Citronelle (staging for Alain Ducasse and Jacques Maximin in Paris certainly didn’t hurt either). With his new restaurant, Noguier brings his French culinary pedigree, restrained style, and relaxed attitude to a casual reinterpretation of the classic bistro.
