Linda Kane - Biography

Linda Kane, an award winning Providence chef, specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, while at the same time, focusing on nutrition, sustainability, and locally sourced products.  She holds degrees in culinary arts and food service management, and since she got her start at Walt Disney World over 20 years ago, she has owned two successful businesses, been a personal chef for a private family, worked on a boat as a consultant/caterer, and has taught at Johnson & Wales University.  She is co-owner of Sauce on the Side Productions, a company that produces gourmet sauces such as Rhode Island Red HOT Sauce and Cowboy Ketchup, and also works as a freelance writer.
