Author Kathy Gunst - Biography
Kathy Gunst is the writer of more than 13 cookbooks, including six collaborations with the founders of the specialty food line Stonewall Kitchen. She has received numerous nominations for International Association of Culinary Professionals Cookbook Awards, and her most recent work is Notes from a Maine Kitchen. Gunst is also the Resident Chef for WBUR’s award-winning radio show “Here and Now,” the midday news magazine show broadcasted over 60 public radio stations nationwide. She has received two James Beard nominations for her work with the show. Gunst’s self-described philosophy towards cooking is to keep it simple and fresh, allowing quality ingredients to shine.
