Chef Jason Donoho of Alamo Drafthouse - Biography
Chef Jason Donoho spent much of his childhood traveling through the Caribbean and South America aboard his family’s sailboat . On dry land, his first job in the food and beverage industry was at age 12, as a dishwasher after school. Donoho worked himself from the dish room to leading the line as an executive chef, cooking in San Juan, New York, San Francisco, and Alaska. Before taking his current position as research and development chef for The Alamo Drafthouse in Austin, Texas, Donoho was executive chef of noted restaurants Fino and Asti. Donoho loves coffee, cookbooks, and creating menus.
