Mixologist Ian Hardie of Huckleberry Bar - Biography
Originally from Montana and raised in Spokane, Washington, Mixologist Ian Hardie worked as a busser in a local restaurant while attending college. When the bartender missed a shift, Hardie was thrown behind the bar and never looked back. He began to develop a serious interest in the cocktail craft and devoted many hours to researching and gaining a solid mixo foundation. His study sessions soon paid off and Hardie accepted a bartender position at The Sitting Room in Seattle in 2006. Looking for a change of pace, he moved to New York in 2007 to work at Huckleberry Bar in Brooklyn.
